How much does GFIT 365 cost?

Our membership costs anywhere from $200+ depending on what program you choose. All programs include unlimited 1-on-1 support from me, weekly or biweekly progress check-ins via email, Facetime, Skype or Zoom, and ongoing modifications to your workout and nutrition plans.

Payment are debited every 4 weeks and you can cancel or pause at any time. Cancellations need 30 days’ notice.

Do I need a gym membership?

Nope! Whether you want to work out in your gym or at home, I customize your workouts to only include the specific equipment you have access to.

What types of equipment to do I need if I want to train at home?

Some equipment that are staples in the workouts I give are dumbbells, Kettlebells, swiss ball, Bosu ball, resistance bands, hip bands, foam roller and a yoga mat.

Are your programs good for beginners?

Absolutely! If you’ve never done strength training before that is ok plans can be customized to start slow and work your way up

Do I need to live in the United States? No, my online programs can be accessed anywhere you live in the world. All you need is internet connection and a phone.

What if I travel frequently?

Not a problem! I can put together an alternative workout plan that fits your schedule while traveling.

How customized is my training program?

GFIT365 training programs are 100% customized to each member’s lifestyle and goals.

Do your nutrition plans accommodate specific diets?

Absolutely! Whether your gluten-free, keto, vegan, Atkins, or allergic to specific foods, I can customize your plan to fit your lifestyle.

How do I communicate with my coach?

You can message me anytime through the mobile app, phone text or by email during preferably during business hours Mon-Fri but I am available to you 24/7 if needed.

How often does my coach check in with me?

I check in with you throughout the week, but detailed check ins are done once per week or biweekly. We will review the previous week’s workouts, nutrition, and to give you specific recommendations for the week ahead. Our check-in times/days are set individually. Once we begin working with each other I will send you a calendar link to set up that schedule to add your check-in on my calendar.

How does my coach measure my progress?

Having good form when working out is extremely important – both for injury prevention and for making good progress.
To make sure your form is perfect, take videos periodically of your exercises and upload to the mobile app for me to review and provide feedback on. Also, every exercise comes with a video so make sure you follow accordingly.

How does my coach correct my exercise form?

I measure progress in a variety of different ways, including changes in your relative strength, scale weight, body fat percentage, and measurements.

You can and will upload and add progress photos and measurements. Please know that these are kept private between you and me, but these markers help me clearly see all of the visual improvements you’re making!

How long does it take to see results?

Everyone is different, but most of our members who follow our plans see steady, consistent results month after month, and you should too!

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your membership at any by emailing me at
[email protected] we require a 30-day notice of all recurring plans.

Once you cancel, you will not be charged for any additional months and will still have access to the mobile training app and support from me until the end of your current payment period. No refunds or prorates given if you cancel in the middle of month.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal. For other forms of payments, I accept Venmo, cashapp, Zelle.
