Privacy Policy
GFIT365 is the coaching business of Gigi Amurao, based in Miami, Florida. This page explains what information I collect through gfit365.com, how I use it, and the choices you have. If you have a question that isn't answered here, email me at Info@gfit365.com.
What I collect
- Coaching applications: your answers to the application questions, your first name, email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number.
- Free guides and the waitlist: your first name, email address and, for the waitlist, the program you're interested in.
- Calls: the details you enter when you book a free call through Calendly.
- Coaching clients: once you start a program, the information you share with me to build and adjust your plan, such as health history, goals, measurements, progress photos and training and nutrition details.
- Basic site data: like most websites, my site and the services it uses may collect standard technical information such as your browser type, device and pages visited, and may use cookies to do so.
How I use it
- To review your application and contact you about coaching.
- To send you the guide you requested, along with a few follow-up emails with tips and coaching offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To let you know when a self-guided program you joined the waitlist for is ready.
- To build, deliver and adjust your coaching program if you become a client.
What I don't do
I don't sell or rent your personal information, and I don't share your contact details with anyone for their own marketing. Your progress photos stay private unless you separately give me written permission to share them.
Services I use
I use a small number of trusted services to run the site and my coaching. They handle your information only to provide their service to me:
- Netlify hosts the website and receives application and waitlist form submissions.
- MailerLite sends the free guides and my emails.
- Calendly handles call bookings.
- Trainerize (the GFIT365 App) holds client programs, progress photos, check-ins and messages.
- Payment providers (card processors, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App and Zelle) process payments. I don't store your full card details.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
How long I keep it
I keep your information only as long as I need it for the purposes above, or as required for business and tax records. You can ask me to delete your information at any time, and I'll do so unless I'm required to keep it.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link at the bottom of any email.
- Ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you by emailing Info@gfit365.com.
Age
This site and my coaching are intended for adults 18 and over.
Changes
If I update this policy, I'll post the new version here with a new date.
